A bike mechanic will be available at the starting line and at the transition point. Your bike stays tuned and ready for the miles ahead so you can enjoy the ride without the stress of mechanical issues.
When the route shifts from biking to paddling, we take care of moving your bike. It will be transported safely from Transition Point One to Transition Point Two. You stay focused on exploring while we manage the gear.
A welcoming kickoff party sets the tone. With Challenge Cards like “trade snacks with someone you just met” and “find someone who has done a trip in another country,” you will be swapping stories and making new friends before you even hit the trail.
Good food and cold beer are included throughout the experience, creating a comfortable space to refuel and spend time with the group.
At the finish line, everyone comes together again for a celebration that highlights the spirit of the trip. Participants are recognized with fun awards such as: Most Creative Sandbar Setup and Fastest Slow Paddler
Every adventurer also receives Lil’ Drifty shirts and swag, a simple way to remember the experience and the people you shared it with.
Wayward is a real time tracking tool that shows your progress along the route. You can share your location with friends and family so they can follow your journey and cheer you on from wherever they are. It helps everyone stay connected throughout the trip.
The Lil’ Drifty is also about purpose. Together, we aim to raise twenty thousand dollars for Adaptive Adventures. This supports programs that make outdoor experiences accessible for more people. Your miles help create a meaningful impact.
